Green Survival constructs long life paving projects that could last
more than 100 years.
Green Survival understands the various methods of sub base preparation
essential for all forms of paving, i.e. road base, stabilised sand
or concrete.
Green Survival has been paving since the first paving units were
manufactured in Queensland. We know paving is not a new art or science.
However, with the new materials and technologies available, paving
needs to be done professionally. Green Survival understands that
sub base preparation is second only to drainage considerations regardless
of the paving units used.
Green Survival has hundreds of professional paving jobs to its
credit including Award winning paving from small townhouse courtyards
with large precast concrete slabs through to the college ground
(pictured) covering thousands of square metres.
Officially named the "Bomb Shelter", Green Survival completed
the project during 1992 over a six week period. Not surprisingly,
the student union of the Gold Coast University Campus selected the
radical colour scheme featuring more than 20,000 Boral concrete
unit pavers on a concrete sub base. The overall project included
construction of a basketball courts and sand-volley ball arena to
international standards.
